New Card Enrollment
Enter Account ID
User begins the process by entering their unique account identifier on the touch screen.
Verify Account Details
The system displays account details for the user to confirm their identity and information.
Biometric & ID Scan (KYC)
User scans their official ID and provides biometric data. The camera performs a liveness detection check for fraud prevention.
Make Payment (Optional)
If required, the kiosk securely accepts payment for the card or service via the built-in JCM cash acceptor.
Card Instantly Dispensed
Once all verification steps are complete, the new card is instantly printed and dispensed to the user.
